The community is set amidst a relaxing and peaceful environment. The villa is not overlooked and looks out onto green fields. However it is close enough to the major thoroughfares as to enjoy easy access to all the excitement you could wish for.
It is just a 15 minute drive to Disney’s Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom, Epcot, MGM Studios, Blizzard Beach and Typhoon Lagoon.
It is a 30 minute drive from Orlando Airport and again 20 minutes from the Florida Shopping Mall and International Drive, Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure and Seaworld.
The community facilities boasts a communal pool with sun loungers, a floodlit tennis court, basketball and volleyball and a playarea for the children and these are all just 2 minutes from the front door. We provide the racquets and balls free of charge. 7 Bedrooms and 5 Bathrooms
The villa has seven large beautifully furnished bedrooms and five bathrooms.
Three of the bedrooms are Master Bedrooms all with ensuites, each of which are provided with a telephone and remote control televisions. The en-suite to Master Suite 1 has a walk in closet, a ‘his’ and ‘hers’ vanity unit, a large shower cubicle, and a marble Roman-style bath. There is also a cot available. Master Suites 2 and 3 also enjoy en-suite facilities with a WC, bath and shower. A big advantage is that Master Suite 3 is situated on the ground floor, a great boon if any of your party has difficulty with stairs. Bedrooms 4, 5, 6 and 7 each have twin beds and all but one of these rooms have direct access to the additional bathrooms. Kitchen
The kitchen is fully fitted to a superior standard with every conceivable convenience including a microwave, cooker, fridge freezer and dishwasher. Utility Room
There is also a separate utility room with a washing machine, dryer, steam iron and ironing board. Breakfast Area
Adjoining the kitchen area is a sunny breakfast area, which overlooks the extended patio and swimming pool. Family Room
The main living area is a magnificent family room, beautifully furnished and carpeted. It comes complete with cable T.V. a VCR and a surround sound HiFi including a CD. Living Room Dining Room
There is also a separate large lounge and dining room, ideal for cosy dinners.
Games Room
There is also a superb games room with pool table, an additional television and HiFi. Pool and Spa
One of the villa’s main attractions is the beautiful 30 x 15ft heated pool with underwater lighting. Alongside there is also the Jacuzzi spa.
Patio furniture include a table, parasol, chairs and sun loungers. Beach towels are provided as are pool inflatables for the children to us. Golf Nearby
For those of you who enjoy golf there are numerous golf courses nearby and again we provide 2 sets of golf clubs for your personal use. |
