The RFI cleaners are vetted and trained to fulfill the requirement of each individual client and their business or operational needs. We provide cleaners with training and with work schedules that have been evolved with the client. This also ensures that one cleaner can quickly cover another in the event sickness or absence importantly allowing seamless continuation of service. We also do not take for granted that our standards are excellent, we prove it by performing a minimum of 1 inspection every four weeks in consultation with our clients to ensure our standards stay on track and the office cleaning evolves with the client’s needs and operation. The RFI Cleaning Services SH&E consultant provides a full Health & Safety review and risk assessments at contract commencement. The RFI onsite folder includes risk assessment, policies, COSHH data sheets, training, work schedules, insurance certificate and other method statements as applicable.
